The role of the Development Authority of Burke County is to promote, develop and advance economic growth in Burke County. The Authority works closely with the local industry, community leaders and state economic developers to achieve this goal of economic growth within the community.

The Southeast Georgia Alliance is a six-county regional partnership located between Savannah, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida. The Alliance collaborates with private and state resources to guide businesses and manufacturers looking to relocate or expand in the region.
